Available by appointment only. This is the most individualized coaching option I offer — completely centered on your goals, your pace, and your schedule. Limited spots based on current availability.
At Wisconsin Barbell, we develop stronger, faster, more confident athletes through proven, progressive, and sport-specific training. For more than 18 years, we’ve helped youth athletes build the strength, movement quality, and athletic skill they need to compete at a higher level—while keeping training safe, structured, and age-appropriate.
Our programs are built on 25+ years of professional strength-coaching experience, and every session your child completes is coached, intentional, and tailored to their sport and developmental stage.
Young athletes don’t just “work out”—they learn how to move. Our youth training program (starting at age 12) focuses on developing coordination, balance, and core strength through safe, age-appropriate progressions.
We meet every athlete where they are. No rushing. No forcing. Just steady, structured development based on your child’s skill level and confidence.
The overhead ball slams you see in the video? That’s a perfect example of how we teach power, control, and athletic awareness—all in a supportive environment that makes training fun, challenging, and incredibly rewarding.
If your child wants to get stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence, this is the place to start.
We don’t just train athletes.
We train the parents, the weekend warriors, the comeback stories, the “my doctor said I should lift again” crowd, and the “I just want to fill out a T-shirt” crew.
Whether you’re:
Getting stronger
Rebuilding after injury
Chasing a personal goal
Or bringing the heat for flex-Friday
—we’ve got your back every rep of the way.
If you want it even leaner, more intense, or more humorous, I can twist the dial!

Ready to Get Started?
At Wisconsin Barbell, we make it simple to get your child—or yourself—moving, building strength, and learning coordination. Whether you have questions, want to see if a time slot fits, or are ready to start training, we’re here to help.
