At Wisconsin Barbell, Glen has spent 17 years transforming lives through passionate, holistic training for kids and the general population. More than a trainer, Glen is a dedicated mentor who builds deep connections, fostering strength, confidence, and well-being in every client with unwavering commitment. His book, Strong Again, embodies this heartfelt mission, inspiring readers to embrace a healthier, more connected life.
It all started over 20 years ago, when I was just beginning my journey in the world of bodybuilding. Back then, I had the incredible honor of meeting none other than Ronnie Coleman, the legend himself, as the guest poser at my very first bodybuilding show. That moment left an indelible mark on me, sparking a fire that has fueled my passion for fitness ever since.
Fast forward to today: 20 years later, I find myself once again backstage at another bodybuilding show, but this time, I’m standing beside Ronnie Coleman once more — the same picture of us together, this time with a wealth of experience and wisdom between us. It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come, the growth I’ve experienced, and the journey I’m still on. I’m proud to share that journey with you and to continue pushing forward, just as I did from that very first day.

Behind Strong Again is one person who’s been in the trenches, just like you. I’m not a superhero, a celebrity trainer, or someone who’s never faced doubt, failure, or starting over. I’m someone who believes in doing the work, getting back up, and helping others find their strength again — because I’ve lived it too.
I’ve had incredible mentors and friends guide me along the way, but at the end of the day, this journey — and this mission — is personal.
