We talk a lot about big goals—losing 20 pounds, deadlifting double your bodyweight, showing up five days a week. But today, let’s bring it way back. Let’s set a goal so simple, so personal, that it’s often the first thing we skip:

Eat breakfast.

Yeah, that’s it. Not because it’s trendy or fits into some perfect meal plan, but because skipping it has become the default. Coffee goes in, and off we go—on fumes, on adrenaline, on autopilot. That’s not you anymore.

If we want to be strong again—not just in the gym, but in how we show up for life—it starts with fueling our bodies from the jump. A stretch. A workout. A full day ahead. All of it runs better when you feed the machine.

So here’s the goal:
Tomorrow morning, eat something.
Doesn’t have to be fancy. Eggs, toast, Greek yogurt, protein shake, even a banana and peanut butter. Anything. Just signal to your body that it’s game time. That you’re showing up for you.

Why it matters:

  • It kickstarts your metabolism.
  • It gives your brain actual fuel.
  • It reinforces the message: I matter today.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about attention—your attention on you.

You can still have your coffee. But let’s put something on the plate first. One small win leads to another. Strength builds on habits, not just weight on the bar.

This week’s challenge: Eat breakfast every day. Start the fire early. Set the tone. And watch how that one small decision changes the rest of your day.

You’ve got goals. Let’s fuel them.
